Responsible Gaming Commitment — k7u7
At k7u7, we believe entertainment should always be safe and controlled. Your well-being is our first priority.
Our Commitment
k7u7 is not just an entertainment platform — it is a responsible environment where every player's mental and financial well-being is given the highest importance. We believe that gambling or betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial problems or mental stress.
On this page you will learn — how to play responsibly at k7u7, when to seek help, and which tools you can use to keep yourself protected. Every feature on our platform has been built with this goal in mind.
Important Warning
Gambling can be addictive. If you feel that playing is going beyond your control, contact our support team immediately or activate self-exclusion. Your well-being comes first.
Strict Age Verification Policy
Only individuals aged 21 or above may open an account and place bets at k7u7. This is our firm policy. Access by minors is strictly prohibited, and if any account is found to have inconsistent age-related information, that account will be suspended immediately.
Protection Tools
k7u7 provides several effective tools to help you keep your gaming in check.
Setting Deposit Limits
You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit on your account. Once activated, the limit takes effect immediately. If you wish to increase the limit, a waiting period applies, which helps avoid impulsive decisions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need to step away from playing for a period of time, activate self-exclusion. This completely blocks login to your account for a set period. You choose the duration yourself, and it cannot be cancelled while it is active.
Time-Out
As a lighter alternative to self-exclusion, you can use a Time-Out. Take a set break ranging from 24 hours to several weeks. During this time you will not be able to play or deposit. Your account is automatically reactivated after the break.
Reviewing Game History
By logging into your account, you can view your complete betting and deposit history at any time. Analyse your spending patterns and make decisions as needed. Transparency and awareness are the foundation of responsible gaming.
24/7 Support Service
For any question or issue related to responsible gaming, k7u7's support team is available around the clock. Assistance is available in both Bengali and English via live chat or email at [email protected]. You are never alone.
Account Security
Keep your account secure from others — use a strong password and do not share your login details with anyone. It is especially important to keep your device and account protected if there are minor family members in your household.
