These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the k7u7 platform and all services operated under it. When you create an account on k7u7 or use the platform, you will be considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

k7u7 is an online gaming and betting platform offering casino games, sports betting, live casino, slot games, arcade, and fishing games for users in Bangladesh. The platform uses SSL encryption technology and operates under a fair play policy.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. k7u7 reserves the right to close an account if false information is provided.

2.4 Voluntary Participation

Participation on k7u7 is entirely voluntary. Every user must acknowledge that online gaming and betting carries financial risk, and that they are participating at their own responsibility.

It is your responsibility to keep your k7u7 account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

• Never share your login details with any third party.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

k7u7 currently supports transactions through three mobile financial services in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Transactions via any method other than these three are not accepted.

4.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300 (three hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka).

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Additional time may be required if verification is in progress or if an unusual transaction is suspected.

4.4 Account Verification

Before a withdrawal, k7u7 reserves the right to verify your identity and payment method. Withdrawals may be put on hold if required documents are not provided in time.

4.5 Financial Responsibility

Any transaction fees or charges applicable at the time of deposit or withdrawal are entirely the user's responsibility. k7u7 is not responsible for returning funds sent to an incorrect number or account.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New account holders on k7u7 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus carries a 25x wagering requirement, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 Bonus Policy

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or abusing the bonus system is prohibited.
• k7u7 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

k7u7's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.3%), Gold (up to 0.5%), Platinum (up to 0.6%), and Diamond (up to 0.8%). Advancement to a higher tier depends on the user's activity and contribution to the platform.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

k7u7 operates under a fair play policy. All game outcomes are determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG). Any attempt to manipulate or interfere with game results will result in account closure.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and market has its own betting limits, which are displayed before play begins. k7u7 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.3 Technical Errors

Game results affected by system outages, network issues, or technical errors may be considered void. In such cases, k7u7 will attempt to refund the bet amount to affected users.

6.4 Sports Betting

Markets and odds in sports betting may change from time to time. If a bet becomes unacceptable due to a delay in live betting, it will be cancelled and the amount refunded. If a match is postponed or abandoned, the applicable policy for the related bets will be followed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k7u7 platform:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to operate games or betting.
• Using another person's account or operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Attempting to influence game results through collusion or cooperation with others.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to channel funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage by exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Harassing or intimidating k7u7 staff or other users.

Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, the entire balance may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
